摘要
在G-P算法及相关改进的基础上,开发了焊接混沌关联维数的可视化分析软件。该软件能够根据不同的焊接方法和试验参数,对焊接过程时间序列信号的关联维数进行准确计算与分析,具有友好的人际交互界面。整体软件设计分为参数设置、结果输出和分析与备注3个模块,分别用于不同焊接条件下关联维数及相关参数的数值计算和拟合曲线,并根据用户的不同需求进行数据的提取和保存,进而对焊接过程的稳定性和工艺优化做出定量地评估。该软件的开发不仅充分利用了计算机资源,而且为焊接混沌特性的研究提供了有利的工具。
A visual application software was designed to analyze the correlation dimension(D2) in welding process on the platform of Visual C++.net.based the software on the G-P algorithm and relevant improvements.It could calculate the D2 of welding time series accurately and estimate the process stability quantitatively depending on different method and parameters.A friendly interface was configured to realize the human-machine interaction.There are three modules accomplishing the overall design which were preference,output and remarks.Further more,the GMAW welding current signal was used to test the software.The test results showed that the software had taken full advantage of computer resource and could be used as utility tool in researching the welding chaos.
