摘要 设计了一种基于遗传算法的参数整定PID控制器,该控制器首先将PID参数整定转化为求解优化问题,进而应用遗传算法求出优化问题的解。将该种控制器应用在基于旋转电弧传感器的TIG焊焊接系统中,为了加快搜寻速度,提高求得最优解的概率,对选取和淘汰策略方面进行了改进。试验表明,基于遗传算法的参数整定PID控制器改善了TIG焊的实时跟踪性能,提高了焊接质量。 One kind parameter tuning PID controller based on genetic algorithm was designed in the paper.First this controller transformed PID tuning parameters into solving optimization problems,and then solved the optimization problems with the genetic algorithm.The PID controller was applied in TIG welding system based on the rotating arc sensors.In order to accelerate the search speed and improve the probability of the optimum solution,the selection and elimination strategies were improved.The experiment showed that tuning PID controller based on genetic algorithm parameters could improve the real-time tracking performance of the TIG welding and quality of the welding.
