列宁对党内民主的探索及其当代启示

Lenin's Exploration on Inner-party Democracy and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

党内民主思想是马克思主义无产阶级政党建设学说的重要组成部分,是无产阶级政党建党的主要原则。列宁作为世界上第一个社会主义国家执政党的缔造者,在不同于前人的时代条件下,在马克思恩格斯党内民主理论的基础上,进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义的党内民主思想。列宁党内民主思想以"集中"为切入点,经历了"集中制""民主集中制""极端集中制"的探索历程,揭示了党内民主的概念和实质,形成了党内民主的基本原则和内容体系。基于此,中国共产党应从健全党内选举制度、完善党的代表大会制度、优化党内监督和加强文化建设四个方面来借鉴列宁的党内民主思想,以推进当下我国党内民主建设进程。

The inner-party democratic thought is an important constituent of theory of Marxist proletariat political party building, and it is major building principles of proletariat political party. As the founder of the world＇s first socialist ruling party, Lenin enriched and developed Marxist inner-party democratic thought further in terms of different conditions of the times, built on the Marx and Engels inner-party de- mocracy theory. Lenin＇s inner-party democratic thought started with the concept of ＂centralization＂, ex- plored with process through the ＂centralism＂, ＂democratic centralism＂ to ＂extreme centralism＂, revealing the concept and essence of inner-party democracy and formed basic principles and its content system. Based on this, in order to promote inner-party democracy construction process, the Communist Party of China should learn from Lenin＇s inner-party democratic thought through four aspects of developing the election system within the party, of perfecting party representative congress system, of optimizing internal super- vision system and of strengthening culture construction.
