摘要
利用先进的ARIS建模方法建立连锁超市业务流程重组的目标,针对连锁超市业务流程重组设计了增值链模型、组织模型、过程模型,实现了连锁超市电子商务与物流集成,并且提出了具体的优化措施。
In this paper, using the ARIS modeling method, we established the objective of the BPR of chain supermarkets, developed accordingly the VA chain model, organization model and process model, realized the integration of e-business and logistics of the supermarets and proposed the concrete optimization measures.
