摘要
首先概述了物流企业绩效评价管理系统的基本内涵和框架结构,接着分析了基于BSC的物流企业绩效综合评价指标体系构建,运用平衡计分方法对物流企业的绩效分别从财务资本运作绩效、客户价值和满意度绩效、内部业务经营绩效和创新学习能力绩效等四个方面进行了具体评价指标的分解,最后提出了物流企业绩效评价管理体系实施控制策略问题的建议和对策。
In this paper we first summarized the basic connotation and framework of the performance evaluation and management system of logistics enterprises, then analyzed the construction of the BSC-based logistics enterprise performance evaluation and management system, used the balanced scoreboard method to decompose the specific performance evaluation index of the logistics enterprises on the aspects of financial and capital operation, customer value and satisfaction, internal business operation and innovation and learning capacity, and finally proposed the suggestions and countermeasures for implementing the control strategy of the system.
