关于加快推进经济欠发达地区物流业发展的几点思考

Thinking on Accelerating and Promoting Development of Logistics Industry in Economically Underdeveloped Regions

现代物流产业已经成为一个国家的支柱产业之一,一个地区的物流业水平可以衡量该地区的商业水平。从实际出发,首先剖析了经济欠发达地区的物流业发展现状和问题,接着对欠发达地区发展物流业的前景进行展望和必要条件进行说明。然后,从物流业发展途径、发展思路和发展目标等几个方面阐述了整体设想,最后就具体问题有针对性地提出一些建议和措施,以期对欠发达地区发展物流业有所帮助。

In this paper, from a practical starting point, we first analyzed the current status and problems of the development of the logistics industry in economically underdeveloped regions, then discussed the outlook of the industry there and explained the necessary conditions. Then we described the overall projection of the industry on the aspects of the route, line of though and objective of development and finally proposed some suggestions and countermeasures for specific problems.
