关于道路货运业促进现代物流发展的思考

Thinking on Promoting Development of Modern Logistics Industry by Roadway Freight Transportation

首先分析现代物流的涵义、特点及其与传统物流之间的区别,研究现代物流业发展与道路货运之间的关系。然后剖析国家促进现代物流发展的政策方针对道路货运行业的相关要求。最后从基础设施、运输装备、运输企业、运输组织、信息技术等六方面提出道路货运业促进现代物流发展的政策建议。

In this paper, we first analyzed the connotation and characteristics of modern logistics as well as its difference with the traditional logistics practice and the relationship between the development of modern logistics industry and the roadway freight industry. Then we studied the requirements on the roadway freight industry placed by the national guidelines and policies to promote the development of the modern logistics industry. At the end, we provided suggestions to promote the development of the modern logistics industry on the aspects of infrastructure, transportation equipment, transportation enterprise, transportation organization and information technology, etc.
