低碳视角下快速消费品配送中心选择评价研究

A Low-carbon Perspective on Selection and Evaluation of Distribution Centers for Fast Moving Consumer Goods

在低碳经济环境的视角下,针对快速消费品配送中心选择的特点,首先应用AHP法和德尔菲法构建了快速消费品配送中心选择的指标及其权重,再分别运用五种评价方法对模型进行评价。方法集组合评价模型对各评价结果进行事前和事后的一致性检验。然后根据事后检验的结果可以选出最满意的组合评价方法。最后运用此方法集模型对候选的14个快速消费品配送中心选择进行评价,验证了该方法的可行性。

In this paper, from the perspective of low-carbon economy and in view of the characteristics of the selection of distribution centers for fast moving consumer goods, we first used the AHP and Delphi method to establish the index and the relevant weights in the selection and then used five methods to evaluate the model. The set of methods would chck the consistency of the evaluation results and according to the post -event result, we could isolate the most satisfying combinatorial evaluation method. At the end, we used this set model to evaluate 14 candidate fast moving consumer product distribution centers to test the feasibility of the method.
