食品冷链物流企业绩效评价物元模型研究

Study on Matter-element Model in Performance Evaluation of Food Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises

根据可拓学的思想方法,从经济指标、作业流程指标和客户服务指标三个层面考虑,设计了食品冷链物流企业绩效评价指标体系,并建立了基于物元的绩效评价模型。通过该模型,可评价食品冷链物流企业的绩效水平,并明确其在整个食品冷链物流行业中所处的绩效等级。实例计算结果表明,该方法能够有效结合定性与定量分析,且模型结构简单规范,为企业绩效的评估提供了一种参考方法。

In this paper, following the principles of extenics and considering the index on the aspects of economics, operation and customer service, we designed the performance evaluation index system of food cold chain logistics enterprises and established the performance evaluation modal based on matter-element, which could identify the level of an enterprise in the whole food cold chain logistics industry concerning performance. A subsequent numerical example showed that this method could effectively combine qualitative and quantitative analysis and the model was simple and standard in structure.
