摘要
为了使运输成本最小和配送中心的建设符合长远发展,对配送中心选址问题进行分析,探讨选址模型的理论模型,构建重心法模型,代人数据验证所构建的重心法模型。先在SPSS软件中利用趋势外推法预测未来快递的需求量,再通过Excel对快递配送中心的坐标进行优化,得出比较合理的地址坐标,该方法大大减少了运输费用。
In this paper, we analyzed the distribution location problem, discussed the corresponding theoretical model, established the gravity model and verified the model by introducing practical data. First we used the SPSS software in the trend extrapolation to forecast the demand for express and then optimized the coordinates of the distribution center through Excel, greatly reducing transportation cost.
