摘要
以应用于烟草行业的东洲仓库为背景,分析楼层类仓库的装卸搬运系统设计影响因素,对出入库能力、转储能力、存储能力进行定量分析,得出了瓶颈环节,并提出了基于柔性策略的改进措施,同时基于系统性规划方法对装卸搬运资源进行了优化调度方法分析。
With Dongzhou warehouse used in the tobacco industry as an example, we analyzed the factors influencingthe design of the handling system of stereoscopic floored warehouse, studied quantitatively outbound capacity, transit capacity and storage capacity of the system, identified the bottleneck link and proposed the measures for improved based on the flexible strategy.
