摘要
DZ公司是一家以食品生产为主的企业。为了满足其全自动的生产线对原料的需求,针对原料仓库现有流程及存在的问题,利用条码、手持终端等信息技术来构建WMS系统。该方案实施结果表明,实现了货位的自动分配、提高了仓容,减少出错率,达到了提高工作效率、降低成本的目的。
In this paper, in view of the problems in the current processes of the raw material warehouse of company DZ, we proposed to use the barcode, handheld terminal device and other information technologies to establish the WMS system which could alize automatic cargo slot allocation, improve warehouse capacity as well as work efficiency and reduce cost.
