摘要
针对目前手持设备记录货物进出数据在现代库存管理上效率低下的情况,设计一款基于RFID技术和高性能ARM处理器的手持终端。采用荷兰恩智浦公司的Mifare非接触读卡芯片MFRC522为核心芯片,设计RFID数据采集模块。为提高系统对数据及时准确的处理和延长待机时间,采用PXA322作为系统的核心处理器,同时选用可编程电源管理芯片LP3972。在分析研究RFID在库存管理应用的基础上,完成手持读写器系统硬件设计并实现RFID驱动程序的设计。实验结果表明:该设计提高了手持设备数据读取速度和对数据的处理能力。
In view of the low-efficiency situation of the modern inventory management relying on hand-held devices currently, this paper proposed the design ofhandheld terminals based on the RFID technology and the advanced ARM processor. Using Mifare non-con tact reader chip MFRC522 produced by NXP, a Netherlands enterprise, as the core chip, we designed the RFID data acquisition module. Then in order to improve the system for timely and accurate data processing and with regard to standby time, we adopted the PXA322 processor and programmable power management chip as the primary processor in the core components. Through the analysis of PXA322 processor and RFID application in inventory management, we designed and realized the handheld reader system hardware architecture and RFID-driven program design. The result of an experimental study demonstrated that the design could improve the hand-held device's data reading speed and ability to process data.
