临到保质期战储物资处理问题的研究

Solution for About-to-expire War Reserves

为保证战储物资质量,节约资金,对于临到保质期的战储物资,按照其品类和市场或周转供应库物资品类是否对应,将其分为可周转物资和不可周转物资,并对可周转物资进行周转轮换,不可周转物资进行质量检测,重新定寿和延寿。

In this paper, in order to en sure quality of the war reserves and save capital, we divided the about-to-expire war reserves into reeyelable and unrecyclable materials according to whether their category was corresponded to their market or recycling classifications and proposed to recycle and replace the recyelable malerials and test the quality of the unrecyelable materials in order to prolong or redetermine their service life.
