摘要
为了提高大断面斜井井筒在基岩段的掘进速度,对玉溪煤矿副斜井井筒施工工艺进行了分析,选用弱震、弱冲光面爆破等先进的施工技术,优化设置辅助系统,充分利用掘支平行作业,减少了辅助及循环时间,为矿井投产奠定了基础。
To improve driving speed in bedrock section of inclined shaft with large section, the construction technics of auxiliary inclined shaft in Yuxi Coal Mine was analysed. Weak-vibration blasting,weak-impact smooth blasting were chosen in coal mine, the auxiliary sys- tem was also optimized,drivage and supporting process were operated parallelly as much as possible. The application of rapid excavation technology has shorten the time for auxiliary work and process cycle,and laid a solid foundation for the production of the coal mine.
