摘要
从系统科学的角度认识教学质量,应当将教学质量视为一个整体,而构成这一整体的要素,可以区分为输入性要素与过程性要素。输入性要素主要包括:培养目标定位、教师、学生、教学物资与经费投入;过程性要素主要包括:课程建设、教学管理、教学方法、师生关系。建立完善的大学教学质量保障体系,必须全面分析这些要素以及它们之间的关系。
Teaching quality should be regarded as a whole from the perspective of systematic science. The factor forming the whole can be divided into input factors and process factors. The input factors include cultivation objects, teachers, students, investment of teaching materials and funds. The process factors include curriculum construction, teaching management, teaching method and the relationship between teachers and students. Comprehensive analysis of these factors and relationship is favorable to building the guaranteed system of teaching quality.
