摘要
针对于当前实用型纸浆流量测量方法精度低的问题,提出一种纸浆流量的测量新方法,该方法利用纸浆浓度传感器产生的浓度信号的噪声中含有的流量信息,通过DSP实现的魏格纳-威利分布进行纸浆浓度信号噪声的时-频分析,利用其特征频率计算出纸浆实时流量。该方法使得纸浆浓度传感器同时测量纸浆浓度和流量,实验表明测量精度高达0.5%,并且具有出色的动态性能。
According to the low accuracy problems exist in the current practical pulp flows measurement,a new pulp flows measurement method was proposed. This method used the flows information contained in the noise of concentration signal producing by pulp concentration sensor,time-frequency analysis of the noise of pulp concentration signal was carried out with Wigner-Willie distribution through the DSP,and the pulp flows was calculated with its characteristic frequency. This method can realize the measurement of pulp concentration and pulp flows. The experiments results show that the measurement accuracy can up to 0.5%,and the method has excellent dynamic performance.
