实验室信息管理系统的开发与应用

Development and Application of Laboratory Information Management System

作为企业生产信息化的重要组成部分,实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)的开发与应用得到了有效推广,成为企业产品质量管理与生产监控的有效工具。该文在LIMS系统的建设中着重论述了数据集成和报表的定制化设计、开发及应用。通过对实验室分析仪器集成,实现了实验数据自动采集,并可对仪器结果谱图文件跟样品对应保存,查询时可直观地查询到该样品对应的仪器分析结果,达到工作检验仪器受控的效果。通过报表的定制开发,统计人员可以任意地将需要的数据进行组合,集中查询、对比、分析。使实验室数据分析工作更加高效和便捷。

As an important part of enterprise informatization,the development and application of Laboratory information management system （LIMS）has been effective promotion,and becomes an effective tools for enterprise product quality management and production control.In this paper,focuses on data integration and report customization design,development and application in construction of the LIMS system.The laboratory analysis instrument integration,realizes automatic data acquisition,and the apparatus results in spectral graph file with samples corresponding to preservation,inquiries can be intuitive query to the samples corresponding to the instrumental analysis results,achieve the testing instrument controlled effect.The report custom development,statistical personnel can be arbitrary will need the data to be combined,concentrated query,comparison,analysis. The system application to data analysis work of laboratory has brought convenience and efficiency.
