摘要
该文介绍了基于PLC的太阳能集热抄表计费系统,首先提出一种热水计费方案,即热水费用由自来水水费、可能消耗的电能费用以及管理费组成,在此基础上,设计分户热水表和电表的抄表系统的网络结构,并设计水表远程抄表系统和电表远程抄表系统的硬件和软件方案。该系统经过几个月的测试运行,抄表准确、计费合理,达到了预定效果。
An automatic meter reading (AMR)and charging system was presented based on PLC for solar heat water system(SHWS)in the paper. Firstly,A novel scheme of monthly heat water charging was introduced,that was different from the traditional,it consists of the fee of city water, electricity power consumption and material cost etc. moreover, the structure diagram of AMR system including water meter and electricity meter was designed. The article emphasizes on the hardware and software design for remote meter reading system of water and electricity. With the accurate reading and reasonable charging,it proved to achieve the aims after several months' test running.
