血清Tg、TGA在分化性甲状腺癌随访中的临床应用
摘要
甲状腺球蛋白（Tg）作为分化性甲状腺癌（DTC）治疗后的检测指标已广泛应用，但近年发现其血清水平受多种因素的影响，其中甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGA）就是影响因素之一。TGA已公认是甲状腺自身免疫过程中的重要指标，但与甲癌的关系尚无定论。本文对52例已行手术切除甲状腺和131I清除残余甲状腺的DTC患者进行Tg、TGA检测，现报告如下。
