摘要
从防洪减灾、水沙调控、水资源管理与调度、水资源保护、水土保持、数学模型研发等方面凝练了近期黄河水利科技的主要进展。提出了当前及今后一段时期的主要需求,包括:①黄河水沙变化及趋势预测;②流域水沙调控理论与技术;③支撑最严格的水资源管理技术;④黄河泥沙处理与资源利用技术;⑤黄河下游河道改造与滩区治理;⑥黄土高原砒砂岩区抗蚀促生技术;⑦黄河数学模拟系统建设等。
Achievements in the researches on the Yellow River in the recent years were summarized in the aspects of flooding control and disaster mitigation,water and sediment regulation,managing and regulating the water resources,water resources protection,water and soil conservation,theories and techniques for numerical modeling systems.The researches to do at present and in the near future are proposed:1)the forecast of the changes in the flow and sediment regimes of the Yellow River;2)theories and techniques for water and sediment regulation in the river basin;3)techniques for the strictest water resources management;4)techniques for treating and utilizing the Yellow River sediment;5)improvement on the training of the Lower Yellow River channel and floodplains;6)techniques for training the Loess Plateau;7)setup of an integrated numerical modeling system.
