摘要
洪水具有利害两重性,将洪水转化为可利用的水资源对增加流域可利用水资源量、提高流域水资源承载能力具有十分重要的意义。在汛期水文气象特征分析的基础上,依据大伙房水库汛期日平均降水量及日平均入库流量资料,利用数理统计方法分析了汛期各旬平均降雨量、暴雨发生频率及汛期各旬平均入库流量的变化规律。根据汛期日平均入库流量资料,采用模糊集合分析法对大伙房水库流域汛期分期进行了研究。结果表明:大伙房水库汛期具有明显的分期特性,可将6月1日至7月11日作为前汛期,7月12日至8月26日作为主汛期,8月27日至9月30日作为后汛期。
In order to increase flood water utilization quantity under the condition of flood control safety, the hydro-meteorology characteristics in flood season of Dahuofang Reservoir were analyzed. Based on daily average precipitation and daily average inflow data in flood season of Dahuofang Reservoir, the frequencies of ten-day average precipitation and storm was anal:', ~d and the law of happen periods of ten-day average inflow was ana- lyzed with the method of Mathematics Statistics. According to the daily average inflow data in flood season, the flood season peri0dization of Dahuo- fang Reservoir was studied with the method of fuzzy sets analysis method. The periodization results are that from 1 June to 11 July is pre-flood season, from 12 July to 26 August is main flood season and from 27 August to 30 September is the later flood season.
