摘要
为了解决好水川流域生活、生态、农业等用水与供水的矛盾,在现有坝系工程布局的基础上,提出新建引、提、输、配水工程,使流域内已建成的1座水库、11座骨干坝和15座中型淤地坝形成统一调配的供水水源,应用最优化原理建立流域水资源联合调度模型,并采用MATLAB优化工具箱进行模型的求解。结果表明:流域水资源联合调度工程实施后,坝系年可供水量为295.7万m3,较现状供水量增加了203.7万m3;可改善灌溉面积330 hm2,恢复灌溉面积400 hm2,新增灌溉面积200 hm2;流域水资源利用率可由现状的33%提高到60%。好水川流域坝系水资源联合调度后的资源效益、农灌效益、工程效益、生态效益显著。
In order to resolve the contradictions of the water for life,environment and agriculture and water supply in Haoshuichuan watershed,it put forward to construct new projects for water diversion,pumping,transpiration and distribution on the basis of current project layout,a unified deployment of water supply source was formed through 1 reservoir,11 key dams and 15 medium-sized check dams which had been built in the watershed.It established watershed water resources joint scheduling mode through application of optimization theory and adopted MATLAB optimization toolbox for the solution of the model.The results show that: After implementing of watershed water resources joint dispatching project,the annual water supply of dam system is 2.957 million m3,2.037 million m3 greater than current water supply,it may improve irrigation areas 330 hm2 and recover irrigation areas 400 hm2 and add irrigation areas 200 hm2.The utilization rate of water resources will increase to 60% from current 33%.The benefits of resources,agricultural irrigation,ecological and project are remarkable after implementing of dam system water resources joint dispatching project in Haoshuichuan watershed.
