包头市节水型社会建设效果评估

Effect Evaluation of Water-Saving Society in Baotou City

为了进一步优化包头市节水效果,对2006年以来该市节水型社会建设情况进行评估,选用16个代表性指标从综合节水、农业节水、工业节水、生活节水和生态节水5个方面进行了效果评估。单一指标直观对比评估结果表明,有4个指标评估效果优,有7个指标评估效果良好,用水效率和效益显著提高,宏观用水结构得到优化。基于灰色聚类的综合评估结果表明,工农业节水效果显著,综合、生活、生态节水效果中等,但仍有较大的节水潜力。

In order to further optimize water-saving effect,the effect of water-saving society building in Baotou City needed to be evaluated,and there were 16 representative indexes chosen from agriculture water saving,comprehensive water saving,industrial water saving,life water saving and ecological water saving.The single index intuitive evaluation results show that there are four index evaluation are best and seven index evaluation results are better;Based on the grey clustering results show that the comprehensive assessment of agriculture and industry water saving effect are significant,and comprehensive,life and ecological water saving effect are medium,but they still have great potential space for water-saving.
