肠安宁胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性及其对结肠黏膜的影响

Acute toxicity of Chang′ anning capsule and its influence on colonic mucosa in mice

目的探讨肠安宁胶囊灌胃给药后对小鼠的急性毒性作用及对结肠黏膜结构的影响。方法肠安宁胶囊以最大给药量法对实验小鼠灌胃给药,连续观察10天,记录小鼠毒副反应情况。结果在实验过程中,肠安宁胶囊对小鼠未见明显的不良反应发生,对小鼠的结肠黏膜无明显影响。计算得肠安宁胶囊的最大给药量为13.58g.kg-1,相当于临床剂量的107倍。结论肠安宁胶囊毒副作用较小,临床应用具有良好的安全性。

OBJECTIVE To study the toxic reaction and the influence on colonic mucosa of Chang′anning capsule in mice.METHODS The maximum administration dosage of Chang′anning capsule was determined by administration in mice.It′s acute toxic reactions were observed for 10 days.RESULTS All mice survived,and no toxic reaction was shown during the observed period,No significant effect on the colonic mucosa.The maximum administration dosage was 13.58 g of Chang′anning capsule given to mice per kilogram,which was equivalent to 107 times of clinical dose.CONCLUSION Chang′anning capsule is safe for oral administration.
