摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定氨苯蝶啶片的含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Waters Symmetry C18(150×4.6mm,3,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.02mol.L-1醋酸钠溶液(冰醋酸调节pH 4.0)(6∶4);检测波长:360nm;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果氨苯蝶啶在8.72~87.20μg.mL-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),最低检出限为0.0218μg.mL-1,平均回收率分别为100.2%;RSD分别为0.60%.结论本方法专属性好,准确,灵敏,适用于氨苯蝶啶片的含量测定,结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Triamterene tables.METHODS HPLC analysis was carried out by using Waters Symmetry C18column(150×4.6mm,3,5μm) and a mixture of Methol and 0.02mol·L-1 sodium acetate,make up the pH 4.0with the acetic acid(60∶40) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 360nm and flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1.RESULTS The linear range was 8.72~87.20μg·mL-1 respectively(r=0.9999),the limit of detection was 0.0218μg·mL-1 and the average recovery was 100.2%,(0.60%) respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reliable for determination of Triamterene tables.
