摘要
20CrMnTi热轧齿轮圆钢的热顶锻裂纹是八钢齿轮钢生产中的技术难点,每年产生多起用户质量异议。通过对齿轮钢热顶锻裂纹试样的形貌及金相组织特征的分析,阐述了造成热顶锻裂纹的各类冶金原因与轧制原因,并采取了改进措施,取得了明显效果。
