摘要
针对微型电子测压器功耗相对偏大,提出了火炮测压器基于差动直流充电法的低功耗措施。通过采用差动式直流充电法,选择合适的低功耗器件,充分发挥软件的作用,实现对系统功耗的软件管理和控制以及软件实现内触发等方法来达到该电子测压器节能的目的。通过实验和计算,系统的休眠电流不高于0.02mA,最大工作电流小于17.5mA,工作状态基本满足火炮内弹道试验方法的要求,验证了该电子测压器低功耗设计的有效性。
Because of the larger power dissipation of micro electronic piezo gauge, a low power consumption method based on differential DC charging of novel electronic gauge was put forward in this paper. To realize the purpose of low power consumption, differential DC charging circuit and low power components were utilized, the software managing and controlling function were fully exerted to realize internal trigger. Experiments and calcu- lations results showed that the dormancy current of electronic gauge was merely 0.02 mA and maximum operat- ing current was less than 17. 5 mA, which could meet the needs of interior ballistic testing of gun, and the design was verified validity.
