摘要
针对甲基丙烯酰胺(MAA)接枝增重真丝中采用过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂出现的增重丝泛黄问题,提出用KPS与具有漂白性能的双氧水(H2O2)/亚硫酸钠(Na2SO3)复合引发MAA接枝增重真丝,以提高增重率及增重丝白度;研究了工艺参数对增重率的影响。结果表明:在较优工艺条件下,与KPS引发MAA接枝增重真丝相比,H2O2/Na2SO3/KPS复合引发体系引发MAA接枝增重真丝的增重率提高了7个百分点,白度提高6左右,有效解决了KPS单独引发接枝增重丝泛黄的问题和H2O2/Na2SO3单独引发接枝增重率较低的问题。
For the problem that weighting silk grafted by MAA with KPS as the initiator turns yellow, this paper proposes to initiate weighting silk grafted by MAA by KPS and H2O/Na2SO3 with whitening performance, in order to improve weight gain rate and weighting silk whiteness, and analyzes the influence of process parameters on weight gain rate. The results show that: in the optimum process conditions, compared with MAA grafting weight silk initiated by KPS, the silk graft weight gain rate of MAA grafting weight silk initiated by the H2Oz/Na2SO3/KPS was improved by 7 %, and the whiteness was improved by about 6. This effectively solves the problem of grafting weight silk turning yellow if initiated by KPS only, and the problem of low grafting weight gain rate initiated by H20:/Na2SO3 only.
