Clinical Efficacy of Arthroscopic Absorbable Screw Fixation in the Treatment of Tibial Intercondylar Eminence Fracture

摘要 目的:探讨关节镜下复位、可吸收螺钉内固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折的临床效果.方法:采用关节镜下可吸收螺钉内固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折12例,Meyers-MckeeverⅡ型4例、Ⅲa型7例、Ⅲb型1例.结果:12例患者术后复查X线片示骨折复位对位对线良好.随访6~15个月,本组12例患者膝关节功能均恢复正常.结论:关节镜下可吸收螺钉治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折创伤小、方法简便、易行,骨折固定可靠,并有助于关节内其他合并伤的诊断和处理,可早期行膝关节功能锻炼,有利于关节功能恢复,而且可吸收螺钉内固定免除了二次行取内固定手术创伤,值得临床应用. Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic reset and absorbable screw internal fixation in the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture. Methods: 12 cases of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture were treated with arthroscopic absorbable screw fixation, in which 4 cases were Meyers-Mckeever II; 7 cases were Ilia; 1 case was IIIb. Results: The X-ray reexamination showed all the 12 patients' fracture reduction were good, and all patiens' knee joint function recovered to normal in 6 to 15 months follow-up. Conclusion: It is simple, easy and reli- able to treat tibial intercondylar eminence fracture with arthroscopic absorbable screw, and can contribute to the diag- nosis and treatment of other associated injuries in the joints, can early do fimctional exercise to help restore joint func- tion. Furthermore, this technique do not need the second operation to take off the screw, so it is worthy of clinical appli- cation.
