喹硫平与帕罗西汀治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作的对照研究

Comparative Study of Quetiapine and Paroxetine in Treatment of Bipolar Depressive Episode Affective Disorder

目的:评价喹硫平对双相情感障碍抑郁发作的疗效和不良反应.方法:将门诊患者随机分为两组,分别给予奎硫平和帕罗西汀治疗,疗程6周.采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和不良反应.结果:喹硫平组在治疗1,2,4周末HAMD减分率显著低于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05),治疗6周时两组临床疗效相仿.喹硫平的副反应以嗜睡和直立性低血压为主,帕罗西汀组副反应以焦虑、头痛、性功能障碍的表现为主.结论:喹硫平对双相情感障碍抑郁发作的疗效和帕罗西汀相仿,并且起效快,副反应少.

Objective： To compare the efficacy and safety of quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar depressive episode affective disorder. Methods： Outpatients were randomly devided into quetiapine group and paroxetine group.The peri- od of study was 6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were evaluated by Hamilton depressive scale （HAMD） and treat- ment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results： At the end of 1st, 2nd and 4th week, the reductive rates of HAMD in quetiapine group were significantly lower than in the paroxetine group（P〈0.05）. At the end of 6th week, effects of two groups were similar. The main side effects in quetiapine group were sleepiness and orthostatic hypotension, in the par- oxetine group were anxiety, headache, sexual dysfunction. Conclusion： Quetiapin has a similar therapeutic effect with paroxetin on bipolar depressive episode affective disorder,and with faster effect and smaller side effects.
