宫腔镜手术1280例分析

Analysis on 1280 Cases of Hysteroscopic Operation

目的：探讨宫腔镜临床应用安全价值．方法：2003—12～2011-06利用宫腔镜电切镜共完成手术1280例，包括子宫内膜息肉946例、子宫粘膜下肌瘤322例、子宫中膈12例．结果：1280例手术2例出现子宫穿孔，无远期并发症．宫腔镜手术多数在局麻下进行，较大的粘膜下肌瘤及子宫中膈行硬膜外麻醉或全麻，并行B超监测或宫腹腔镜联合完成．结论：宫腔镜下电切术术后疼痛轻、并发症少、创伤小，恢复快，术后妊娠率高．

Objective： To investigate the security of hysteroscopy in clinical application. Methods： From December 2003 to June 2011, hysteroscopic electrocision were performed in 1280 patients, including 946 cases of endometrial polyps, 322 cases of uterine submucous myoma and 12 cases of uterine septum. Results： In 1280 hysteroscopic opera- tions, except 2 cases of uterine perforation, there were no long-term complications. Most of hysteroscopic surgeries were carried out under local anesthesia, while for large submucous myoma and uterine septum, epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia was chosen. Conclusion： Hysteroscopic electrocision has advantages of slight pain, fewer complica- tions, less trauma, quick recovery and higher pregnancy rates.
