内蒙古竞技体育后备人才培养模式的改革及可行性研究

采用访谈法、文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,对内蒙古东部区竞技体育基层队伍现状、竞技体育后备人才培养的模式进行了综合调查研究,结果表明,目前内蒙古东部区竞技体育基层教练员的职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构不够合理,科研成果及输送运动员较少,后备人才培养模式需要调整,以适应竟技体育形势发展的需要.

Using interviews, documentation, investigation method and mathematical statistics method, the eastern area of Inner Mongolia sports rank the status quo, sports talents in the mode of cultivating a comprehensive are investigatied and studed, the results suggest that the current grass-roots sports area of eastern Inner Mongolia Coaches of the title structure, educational structure, age structure is not quite rational, scientific research and conveying athletes less reserve training model need to be adiusted to adaot to racing snorts develonment of the situation needs.
