内蒙古高校体育场馆的管理经营浅析

Study on the Management of Colleges and Universities Sports Grounds and Stadiums in Inner Mongolia

通过系统地研究内蒙古高校体育场馆及体育设施的管理理念、经营模式.剖析了目前内蒙古高校体育场馆管理与经营存在的问题:场馆受保护,难以满足体育需求;场馆管理经验不足,规范运作不能保证;民族特有的体育文化体现不明显等.旨在内蒙古高校体育场馆的管理更加科学化、规范化、制度化.

This paper intends to explore the current problems that lie in administration and management through a sys- tematic study on the management concept and business model of sports grounds, stadiums and sports facilities. The re- sults show that it is difficult to meet sports needs due to the protection of stadiums; standardized operation of sports grounds and stadiums cannot be guarantee due to lack of experience in stadium management, and the characteristics of national sports not very obvious. This paper aim is to make a more scientific, standardized and systematic management system for colleges and university sports grounds, stadiums and sports facilities in Inner Mongolia.
