年鉴是系统工程,作为年度项目,可以结合项目阶段、项目工作包干、项目活动等相关项目管理实践,有效实现年鉴项目的计划、组织、实施、控制和决策,最终完成预期的质量目标。《北京教育年鉴》编纂实践中,从通过项目生命周期概念界定年鉴的流程模块;按照项目范围管理要求梳理项目实施与控制阶段工作;在年鉴项目阶段范围界定的基础上完成年鉴项目工作分解;通过项目时间管理把握年鉴工作流程进度,高质量完成年鉴编纂工作,年鉴编纂通过项目管理实现科学化管理。

Yearbook is a system engineering project.As an annual project,in combination with related project management practices such as project phases,project work contracting,project activities,we can effectively realize the planning,organization,implementation,control and decision-making of the yearbook project,and eventually meet the expected quality targets.This article,in combination with the compilation practices of Beijing Education Yearbook,expounds on the realization of scientific management of yearbook compilation through project management from give aspects:defining yearbook process modules through the concept of project lifecycle;combing through project implementation and control phases work according to the requirements of project range management;completing breakup of yearbook project works on the basis of defining yearbook project phases range;grasping yearbook work processes and paces through project time management;and completing high quality yearbook compilation work.
