试论地方综合年鉴下级行政区栏目的编写

Tentative Remarks on the Compilation of Lower Administrative Region Column in Local Comprehensive Yearbook

在地方综合年鉴下级政区栏目中,用有限文字篇幅全面、完整记述一个地区的基本信息和年度信息是一件不容易的工作。下级行政区栏目各政区分栏应该统一采用概况条目与若干个动态条目相结合模式,进一步在概况条目中设置若干固定子条目,部分动态条目后面设置附录性资料,条目后面设置规范统一的地情表格,以确保年鉴年度重要信息的连续性、可比性。

In the lower administrative region column of local comprehensive yearbook,it is not an easy task to fully and completely record basic information and annual information of a certain region with limited words and length.Sub-columns of each administrative regions in the lower administrative region column should uniformly adapt the pattern of combining the general introduction entry with multiple dynamic situation entries,further setting up multiple fixed sub-entries in the general introduction entry,setting up reference materials appendices after some of the dynamic situation entries,and setting up standard and uniform local information charts after the entries,so as to ensure continuity and comparability of annual important information in the yearbook.
