新世纪高校酒店管理专业要想培养出适合现代酒店管理需要的高素质、高技能的应用型人才,酒店的全力支持与校企之间的合作必不可少。校企深度合作是实现高职院校人才培养目标的有效途径,校企深度合作模式的实施是高职学校培养现代酒店管理需要的高素质、高技能的应用型人才最为有效的途径。但校企之间的深度合作在实施过程中会遇到很多难题。酒店管理专业校企深度合作模式实施的有效性仍然有待探究。

Enterprise＇s full support and school-enterprise cooperation is necessary if university hotel management wants to cultivate high-quality and highly skilled applied talents geared to the need of modern hotel management in the new century.The formation of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation model is the most effective way to foster applied talented personnel although it will meet with difficulty in practice.The effectiveness on practicing school-enterprise cooperation model leaves much to be studied.
