对公安高等院校“体改生”培养的思考

随着全国政法干警招录体制改革工作的全面展开,各省都面临着如何立足自身条件、制定符合本省公安工作实际需要的体制改革人才培养方案的问题。就湖南省而言,新的人才培养方案应着力解决开设课程门类多、教学内容多和教学周期短、教学学时不够的矛盾,优化课程体系,落实"三度"原则,实现"两个对接",构建三大实践教学模块,培养警察职业核心能力。
