摘要 近10年来,学术界从不同学科视角、聚焦不同问题领域、运用不同研究方法纷纷对大学青年教师展开研究。已呈现出良好的研究态势:一是研究的学科视野日渐宽广;二是研究的问题领域日渐拓展;三是研究的方法日渐多样。但已有研究仍存有局限:一是研究的时空:静态有余,动态不足,缺乏历史感;二是研究的问题领域:维度有余,立体不足,缺乏联系感;三是研究的方法:定量有余,质性不足,缺乏生活感。 For the past ten years, the academic circle from the different discipline angle of view, the focusing different question domain, the utilization different research technique in abundance launches the research to the university young teachers. Has presented below the good research situation: First, the research discipline field of vision is broad day after day; Second, the research question domain develops day after day; Third, the research method is diverse day after day. But had the research still to save the following limitation: First, research space and time: The static state has -odd, the dynamic insufficiency, lacks the historical feeling; Second, research question domain: The dimension has -odd, the three-dimensional insufficiency, lacks the relation feeling; Third, research method: The quota has -odd, the nature is insufficient, lacks the life feeling.
