癫痫患者配偶婚姻质量及其相关影响因素研究

Marital quality and relevant influencing factors among epileptics＇ spouses

目的探讨癫痫患者配偶婚姻质量及其相关影响因素，为制定心理干预措施提供依据。方法将93名癫痫患者配偶设为研究组，91名健康志愿者设为对照组，采用一般情况调查表、中国人婚姻质量问卷、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版、简易应对方式问卷对两组进行测评分析。结果研究组中国人婚姻质量问卷总分及各因子分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；研究组中国人婚姻质量问卷总分与性别、病程、疾病严重程度、积极应对、消极应对因子分呈显著负相关（P〈0．05或0．01），与癫痫发作类型、掩饰性因子分呈显著正相关（P〈0．05）；疾病严重程度、积极应对、年龄、病程、消极应对、学历、精神质、职业类型是预测研究组婚姻质量的主要因素。结论癫痫患者配偶婚姻质量水平较低，影响因素较多；在对患者进行治疗的同时应对其配偶进行综合干预，以提高患者及配偶的生活质量。

Objective To explore marital quality and relevant influencing factors among epileptics＇ spouses in order to provide basis for making mental intervention measures. Methods Ninety-three epileptics＇ spouses were assigned to research group and 91 healthy volunteers to control group, assessments carried out with the General Condition Questionnaire （GCQ）, Chinese Marital Quality Inventory （CMQI）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised, Short Scale for Chinese （EPQ-RSC） and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） among them. Results The total and each factor score of CMQI were significantly lower in research than in control group （P〈0.01）; the total score of the CMQI were negatively related to gender, course of disease, disease＇s severity, active coping and inactive coping score significantly （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and positively to types of epileptic seizure and lie score （P〈0.05） ; main factors predicting marital quality were disease＇s severity, active coping, age, course of disease, educational background, psychoticism and occupations. Conclusion Marital quality of epileptics＇ spouses is lower, factors influencing marital quality are more; comprehensive intervention should be given to epileptics＇ spouses at the same time of treating epilepsy in order to improve quality of life of patients and spouses.
