儿童孤独症4例分析 被引量：5

摘要 儿童孤独症的典型表现为社会交往障碍、语言交流障碍、兴趣狭窄和行为刻板重复，又称Karmer三联症，常起病于30个月龄前，严重影响儿童身心发育，其症状一直延续到成人期，未经治疗及康复绝大多数预后较差。国内外的患病率报道结果不一致，但总体患病率呈上升趋势。其病凶与发病机制尚不明确，亦无特效治疗方法，及时发现、诊断和康复治疗可明显改善预后。
