浅谈如何有效提高中专生的情商——以江苏省太仓中等专业学校为例

摘要 随着社会的不断发展和完善,情商教育越来越受到重视,中专学校的毕业生将直接进入社会,能否适应社会的要求,与个人的情商有着密切联系,情商与智商不同,受后天影响因素更多;从情商、职业情商的概念入手,结合中专生的情商现状以及职业教育的特点,浅谈如何有效地提高中专生的情商,帮助学生更好地适应毕业后的工作和生活需求。 With the continuous development and improvement of the society, emotional quotient education attracts more and more attention. As is known that the secondary school graduates will go directly to the society, whether they can meet the demands of society or not has close relationship with their individual EQ. Emotional quotient is different from intelligence quotient, which is more affected by environment factors. This article starts with the concept of EQ, and career EQ, and then analyzes the status of the students' EQ in secondary schools as well as the characteristics of secondary education so as to find the effective ways to improve the students' EQ, which can help the students to adapt to the work and life after their graduation.
