The paper focuses on Chen Yinque's and He Lin's theory of Confucian ethics in the perspective of Platonism.First,it argues against Yu Yingshi's interpretation of Chen Yinque's explanation of Confucian Ethics because Yu Yingshi misunderstood Chen Yinque's point of view.Second,it gives a comparative study of Chen Yinque's and He Lin's theory of Confucian ethics and their differences as well as He Lin's theory of'Three Cardinal Guides of Confucianism'in the perspective of Platonism.
