摘要
【目的】确定医院后勤绩效评价体系各项指标及其权重。【方法】采用层次分析法对影响医院后勤绩效的管理体制、人力资源和信息化要素等方面进行分析,建立了后勤绩效综合评价体系,并选取某医院作为评价目标,应用该体系进行评价。【结果】确定了规章制度等7个一级评价指标及相应的24个二级评价指标,为定量化全面有效的评价医院后勤提供依据,实际评价结果验证了该评价体系的有效性。【结论】该指标体系科学、可靠,可为医院后勤绩效评价提供依据,其具有现实的应用意义。
[Objective]To confirm the performance evaluation indicator system and to determine the weights of indicators for hospital logistics assessment. [Methods] Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of indicators, including the management system, human resources and informationization and a performance evaluation system for hospital logistics was established. [Results] An evaluation system, in which 7 first-class indexes including rules and regulations and 24 second-class indexes were established for the quantitative evaluation of hospital logistics. The evaluation system was used in a selected hospital and the effectiveness was confirmed by the actual evaluation results and its practical application significance. [Conclusions] The established system provides a scientific and reliable standard to assess the performance of hospital logistics.
