摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于其生物学行为的复杂性,膀胱癌的早期诊断较为困难。基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)基质金属蛋白酶家族的重要成员之一,具有很强的细胞外基质的降解作用,在肿瘤的侵袭转移中发挥了重要的作用。细胞周期素E(CyclinE)是细胞周期蛋白家族的成员之一,它是调控细胞周期的关键因子,CyclinE的过表达参与了恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程并与肿瘤的恶性程度密切相关。相关文献表明:MMP-9和CyclinE都参与了膀胱癌的侵袭、浸润与转移的过程。因此,研究两者在膀胱癌中的表达情况,对于早期诊断及预防膀胱癌有着非常现实的临床意义。 Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor of urinary tract, As the complexity of its biological behavior, the early diagnosis of bladder cancer is difficult. MMP-9 as one of the important family members of matrix metalloproteinase, has the very strong extracellular matrix degradation, and it plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis. CyclinE is one of the members of the cyclin family, which is a key factor in regulating cell cycle. CyclinE over expression is involved in the development of malignant tumors and it is closely related to the degree of malignancy. The relevant literature showed that: MMP-9 and CyclinE are involved in bladder cancer invasion, metastasis and infiltration process. The study of the expression of them in bladder cancer, for the early diagnosis and prevention of bladder cancer, has very realistic significance.
