摘要
目的观察参仙升脉口服液对缓慢性心律失常大鼠缝隙连接蛋白Cx45的影响,探讨其治疗缓慢性心律失常的机制。方法用普萘洛尔制备缓慢性心律失常大鼠模型,观察参仙升脉口服液对缓慢性心律失常大鼠缝隙连接蛋白Cx45的影响。结果治疗组大鼠心率比模型组大鼠心率明显提高(P〈0.01),大鼠心肌组织缝隙连接蛋白cx45的表达比模型组明显增高(P〈0.01)。结论参仙升脉口服液可明显提高缓慢性心律失常大鼠缝隙连接蛋白Cx45的表达,这可能是其治疗缓慢性心律失常的机制之一。
Objective To observe the impacts of Shenxian shengmai oral solution on gap joint protein Cx45 of bradycardia arrhythmias rats and to explore the possible mechanisms. Methods Observing the impact of Shenxian shengmai oral solution on gap joint protein Cx45 in bradycardia arrhythmias rats, which were induced by propranolol. Results The heart rate of rats and expression of gap joint protein Cx45 in treatment group was signif-icantly increased than the model group(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion As compared with model group, the expression of gap joint protein Cx45 was significantly improved in the Shenxian shengmai oral solution group with statistical dif-ference, and it may be one of mechanism to treat bradycardia arrhythmias
