Anatomical Study on the Digestive System of the Badger

探索狗獾的消化生理,为狗獾的人工饲养技术研究提供基础依据,对3只雌性狗獾的主要消化器官进行了解剖学研究。结果表明,狗獾为单式胃,呈"U"形囊状,小肠为消化管中最长的一段,全长3557mm,约为体长的5～6倍,十二指肠形似""形,空肠、回肠无明显的界限,空肠形成半径约88mm的扇形肠袢。大肠不发达,全长170mm,只有结肠和直肠,无盲肠,结肠无肠袋与纵带。消化腺较发达,肝脏很大,占据腹腔最前部位置。胰脏分左右两臂,左臂长于右臂。

The study-was performed to explore the digesiive physiology of the badger and provide the fundamental data for the breeding technology. An anatomical experiment was conducted about the main digesting organs from three female badgers in this paper. The results showed that the stomach of the badger presents a ＂U＂-shaped cystic single room stomach. Small intestine, the longest section of the digestive tract, was 3557 mm and about 5 - 6 times as long as the body length. Duode- num was about ＂ ＂ -shaped. There were no clear boundaries between jejunum and ileum. Jejunum formed a fan-shaped ansa intestinalis whose radius was about 88 ram. Large intestine, about 170 mm, was underdeveloped, including the colon and the rectum, without the cecum. The colon has no haustra of colon or longitudinal belts. Digestive glands were more de- veloped. The well-developed liver occupied the most anterior positon of peritoneal. The pancreas included left arm and right arm, while the left arm was longer than the right arm.
