摘要
辅助坑道与正洞相交地段处于复杂的三维受力状态,在复杂地质条件下隧道挑顶施工过程中必须尽快完成支护,尽快控制围岩变形,保证挑顶作业的施工安全。根据新建铁路沪昆客运专线贵州段捧古隧道一号横洞进入正洞挑顶施工的实践经验,详细介绍了隧道挑顶施工工艺特点,安全质量控制措施,并强调了相关注意事项,总结了在泥岩、泥灰岩等软弱富水围岩地质条件下,隧道辅助坑道进正洞挑顶施工的综合技术措施。
The intersection of service gallery and main tunnel is under complex 3-D stress conditions. Support system should be completed as soon as possible in the process of ripping construction under complex geological conditions, so as to control the deformation of surrounding rock and ensure construction safety and the surrounding rock in stable position states. Based on newly-buih railway Shanghai to Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line within Guizhou, practical experience of rip- ping construction in transverse 1 # tube of Penggu Tunnel is introduced in this paper. The characteristics of construction process of ripping, control measures of safety and quality and related points for attention are emphasized. Comprehensive technical measures of service gallery into main tunnel under rich water, weak surrounding rock geological condition are summarized in the mudstone, marl formation,which may serve as a reference for similar projects.
