摘要
针对目前建筑企业利润率持续走低,不少企业经营艰难,勉力维持的现状,结合多年工作经验对建筑企业利润流失的原因从外部环境和内部管理两大方面进行了详细的分析,并提出了一些建设性的建议。
In view of the current down trend of construction enterprises profit rate, many enterprises are faced with difficul- ty. Based on experience in construction company, the author analyzes the reasons from external environment and internal management in details, and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
