＂Heaven＂ is one of the four major categories of China ancient philosophy.No one can replace the position of the ＂heaven＂ in the history of ethical.It is not only the original of all creatures,but also the destiny of people′s settlement and living.By researching the ethical implication of ＂heaven＂ of Confucius,this paper analyzes its similarities and differences and learns the useful views that develop its guidance to modern society.
